THE MISSONI FAMILY COOKBOOK LAUNCH NIGHT AT DAPHNE'S RESTAURANT, CHELSEA
On Wednesday 2nd May, a match made in culinary heaven surfaced: The Missoni Family Cookbook launched at Daphne’s Restaurant. Attendees included: Angela Missoni, Rosita Missoni, Francesco Maccapani Missoni, Ambra Medda, Nina Flohr, Polly Morgan, Billal Taright, Melissa Hemsley, Jasmine Hemsley, Lorraine Pascale, Charlotte Stockdale, Katie Lyall, Marc Newson and Sarah Harris.
Guests experienced culinary delights such as Risi e Bisi from the Missoni Family Cookbook, followed by Roast fillet of Seabass with Fregola, Crab and Zucchine and for dessert, the One and Only Budino from the Missoni Family Cookbook. Drinks of choice included Aperol Spritz, Gavi de Gavi and a local Primitivo Appasimento from Puglia. We predict these will be summer favourites (it's time to kiss goodbye to basic bellinis).
This exclusive dinner marked the launch of an exclusive partnership with Daphne’s restaurant with two recipes from the cookbook appearing exclusively on Daphne’s A La Carte menu until 31st July 2018.
