1.) Savage Garden launches ‘Savage Valley - Californian Winery’, City of London
Savage Garden, London’s wildest rooftop bar, is bringing Napa Valley to the capital with the launch of ‘Savage Valley – Californian Winery’. The pop-up, launching on 19th April, will bring a taste of California to the City with an authentic winery installation serving eclectic wine ranges from The Golden State, with unique blends to excite the palate and inspire the senses.
A new menu has been designed to compliment the wines and cocktails on offer. The Californian-inspired morsels, given the Savage twist of course, will be available throughout the day. Savage Garden have also collaborated with the California Wine Institute to bring producers from the region to the capital to host monthly seminars and tastings. The pop-up will run throughout the summer until September 2019, and is open to guests seven days a week, and is available for exclusive hire.

3.) Sheekeys Brunch Launches at J Sheekey Atlantic Bar, Covent Garden
This month, Sheekeys’ Executive Chef, Andrew Mclay, and his talented team have created a menu that offers riffs on brunch classics with a Sheekey's twist. Shellfish and oysters are in abundance to start, from tempura oysters with white soy ponzu dressing, to half lobster mayonnaise; a Surf & Turf section of the menu includes Sheekey's Mac & Cheese with shrimp, Cornish crab & bacon, and the Surf & Turf burger: a beef burger and lobster thermidor melt. 4.) ‘Sexy Sakura’ Spring Cherry Blossom at Sexy Fish, Mayfair
From 18 March, Sexy Fish is paying homage to this special time in the Japanese calendar, with a stunning mirror installation gateway, a selection of Sakura cocktails and a striking neon pink fish-shaped cake with bursting cherry blossoms (fabulous), created by cake artist, Sebastian Wild Cakes. 5.) ‘34 Singapore’ Bar Pop-Up at 34 Mayfair, Mayfair
Manhattan - named third best bar in the world at the World’s 50 Best Bars in 2018, and awarded Best Bar in Asia - has travelled from Singapore to host a special spring pop-up at 34 Mayfair. 7.) Dinner with Friends Supper Club at Red Rooster, Shoreditch
As apart of the month-long celebration for International Women's Day, Red Rooster is bringing back its sensational supper club ‘Dinner with Friends’ on Monday 25th March.
