LIVE MUSIC: THE IVY TOWER BRIDGE PRESENTS BUSK IN LONDON WITH SLINGSBY GIN
The Ivy Tower Bridge has collaborated with Busk In London; an outstanding initiative supported by the Mayor of London that is designed to encourage, and champion street performance, in partnership with Slingsby Gin, the award-winning spirit made with the finest natural and locally sourced ingredients.
A series of talented musicians will perform at The Ivy Tower Bridge on select occasions from November through until next summer. November performances will take on a festive theme, helping guests to get in the Christmas spirit.
Thursday 29th November
Guests will enjoy an energetic performance by critically acclaimed, indie pop artist, Natalie Shay, recipient of the ‘Best Undiscovered Talent’ London Music Award.
Thursday 6th December
Award-winning singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Hattie Briggs will treat guests with her penchant for telling stories of emotion and impulse.
Ensuring diners can unwind in style, Slingsby Gin and The Ivy Tower Bridge’s bar team have concocted a series of bespoke, festive cocktails, available from Thursday, 22 November to Friday, 30 December. These limited-edition cocktails will include:
The Gooseberry Fizz (£9.50), featuring a combination of Slingsby Gooseberry Gin and cinnamon syrup topped with a generous serving of Prosecco
The Rhubarb & Plum Flip (£8.50) will blend Slingsby’s Rhubarb gin with lemon juice and a plum foam for a fruity treat.
The Tower Bridge Fog (£7.75) will see Slingsby’s classic London Dry gin mixed with Baileys, almond milk infused with vanilla, honey and cinnamon – the ideal winter warmer.

The Ivy Tower Bridge’s all-encompassing menus will be able to be enjoyed throughout the performances while taking in the river views through floor to ceiling glass windows, or outside on the alfresco terrace, which seats 50 and directly overlooks the River Thames.
