TT LIQUOR X ZOE'S GHANA KITCHEN SUPPER-CLUB, 6TH OCTOBER
Mixing cocktails with African cuisine, Kingsland Road’s liquor emporium TT Liquor have joined forces with Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen for an exciting one-off supper-club on Friday 6th October. This will be the first in an exciting programme of autumn chef collaborations, set to feature Asian bun masters Bam Boo and Le Petit Chef in the coming weeks.
Back from her summer of foodie festivals; chef, writer and Ghana Kitchen founder Zoe Adjonyoh will be bringing her take on classic Ghanaian flavours to Shoreditch’s renowned TT Liquor, following the success of their collaboration with Juma Kitchen in July.
As huge fans of Zoe’s African food revolution, the TT Liquor team have joined forces to create an exclusive dinner and drink pairing menu designed for sharing, showcasing the vibrant flavours and spices of her cooking.
Guests will be welcomed from 7pm with a cocktail and canapes, before being guided through to banqueting tables. Just 40 tickets are available, priced at £60 which include a four-course dinner with drink pairing.
The feast will start with Groundnut Soup, followed by a Lamb Palaver (lamb stew with creamy ground melon seeds and fresh spinach) accompanied by the likes of Kelewele (spiced plantain), Jollof (fragrant rice) and Red Red (slow-cooked bean stew). Dessert will be an Avocado and Divine Chocolate mousse.
Afterwards, diners can head downstairs to TT Liquor’s atmospheric cellar bar to continue the evening with drinks from their specialist bar list and music from the resident DJ. Tickets are now available for purchase here.
